Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Design experience with knowledge kids apparel.
• Expertise in Children’s and Baby clothing, including fit, grading, and product integrity and safety.
• Experience with PLM platforms and 3D design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full technical development lifecycle, from initial design hand-off to final approval.
• Update and guide development of tech packs for factories and overseas vendors.
• Work cross-functionally with design, development, and production to maintain quality and fit.
