Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Designer to lead the complete technical development of patterns and specifications from initial development through sampling.

This role focuses on our brands' product lines and ensures on-time delivery within Go-to-Market milestones. You will drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to finalize pattern and technical specs, manage pre-production packages for production partners, and maintain accurate information in our systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive apparel manufacturing experience in pattern and technical product development.
• Preferred Jeanswear Bottoms or Tops experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical development of patterns and specs to meet timelines.
• Coordinate pass-off to Production Technical Design for manufacturing.
• Update patterns, specs and BOM information in systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues pre-production.
• Develop fit blocks with 3D pattern design and asset management.
• Adopt new technology and best practices within unit.
• Conduct personal development and performance reviews with supervisor.
