Job summary

GCI in Alaska seeks a Senior Analyst for the Technical Design Process to develop, organize and maintain our Technical Design Process. You will translate business needs into scalable workflows, configure automations, and build dashboards to monitor performance.

You will collaborate with IT and business units to ensure requirements are understood and solutions maximize our ESM platform value, while mentoring colleagues in best practices and SDLC methodologies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in an IT Service Operations/technical development environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Configure system automation to facilitate the process lifecycle.
• Build or configure dashboards and reports for data analysis.
• Translate requirements into platform components, workflow, and configuration.
• Develop, communicate, and facilitate the development of solution specifications for business problems.
