As aSenior Technical Consultant, you will utilize your extensiveknowledge and experience to design, develop and deploy solutions utilizing network technologies. You will work with a collaborative team leading, mentoring, and ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality. You will work with customer service owners, process owners and various service delivery groups and participate in demos and meetings in a professional and courteous manner. TheSenior Technical Consultant is a highly experienced subject matter expert on network technologies with strong experience designing, developing, and deploying integrations with externalthird-partytools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in project teams to design and deploy complex network solutions.
• Lead a team of technical delivery resources to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
• Provide outstanding customer experiences, leading to repeat business.
• Lead in the architecture and design of complex solutions.
• Lead and create written deliverables such as technical diagrams, executive presentations, as-builts, and technology roadmaps.
• Lead customer facing technical demonstrations and working sessions.
• Influence team members and external customers regarding policies, best practices, and procedures.
• Mentor junior staff and support project leadership.
• Obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Cisco CCNP or higher
• Advanced level route/switch/firewall design and architecture skills for complex customer environments.
• BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• Fabric switching
• Palo Alto firewalls
• Cisco Viptela, Cisco DMVPN, Aruba EdgeConnect (Silverpeak) or Fortinet SD-WAN
• Mastery in at least two technologies: Cisco Nexus Dashboard, Cisco ACI, VxLAN, Arista networking, VMware NSX
• Strong skill integrating with third party tools; depth of understanding around API. Ability to design multi-site, cloud integrated networks.
• Strong presentation skills. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to communicate with senior leadership.
• Strong project and situational awareness. Take ownership, leading projects to successful outcomes for our customers, on budget.
• Strong attention to detail, self-starter, desire to be challenged.
• Communication is critical! Strong internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have:

• Palo Alto PCCSE or PCSAE
• Cisco CCIE
• VMware NSX-T experience
• Aruba experience
• F5 load balancing experience
• Azure network infrastructure experience
• Terraform, python, or other coding experience

• Able to architect and lead deployment of moderately complex solutions.
• Communicate with external customers, which may include senior management, on matters that require explanation, interpretation, and / or advising.
• Able to communicate beyond tactics and technology and can help customers management set strategic direction.
• Contribute to development of innovative and high impact solutions for complex customer programs.
• Work to influence direct team members, broader internal team, and external customers, possibly including senior management, to agree and accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience!
• Hours are based upon US customers, alongside US after-hours implementations, including weekends.

$135,000 - $165,000 a year

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
