We're looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Consultant who's passionate about solving real world business challenges with small, scalable solutions.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you'll lead the charge on customer projects, providing expert-level consulting and development services focused on Cloud Suite Industrial/SyteLine ERP. You'll work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions - from requirements gathering and documentation to coding, testing, and go-live support.

You may also work on development or consulting tasks outside of SyteLine, depending on your experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide billable technical consulting and development for Cloud Suite Industrial/SyteLine ERP implementations and upgrades
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to design and implement scalable solutions
• Develop and troubleshoot in Microsoft .NET technologies (T-SQL., C#, VB.NET).
• Build and consume APIs, web services, and web-based solutions (ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, jQuery)
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, training, and process improvements when needed.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of ERP experience, with strong expertise in Cloud Suite Industrial/SyteLine.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft.NET technologies (C#, VB.NET, T-SQL)
• Skilled in web development and working with APIs
• Experience in consulting environment with direct client interaction
• Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a self-driven work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Experience in project leadership or mentoring junior developers
