Location: Chicago, IL (the candidate will be expected to visit 233 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60606 and 1421 West Shure Drive, Arlington Heights, IL - 60004) for 3 days / week minimum
Looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst (BA) to work on a next generation Onboard product integration program. This is a Chicago based onsite position with long term opportunity.
This role involves serving as a liaison between business challenges and technology solutions. The key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying business needs, and proposing solutions that may involve software system development, process improvements, or flow/UX changes. A Technical Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, conducting business and systems analysis, creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements, and overseeing the implementation of these systems. This role requires a combination of IT and business skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Looking for an experienced BA who can write user stories for development, EQA, along with third-party vendors with enough details without much supervision. Works with User Experience (UX) analysts to ensure prototypes convey story intent. Preferably local to Chicago to collaborate with product owners and participate in PI planning sessions. Ability to travel for inflight testing and meetings with external vendors is required.
