This role is fully onsite at the client location. The candidate will participate across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery through validation, and will

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Business Systems Analyst experience on IT initiatives.
• Experience with multi-system integrations and data modeling.
• Ability to write and refine user stories for Agile teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud-based solutions, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in SQL for analysis and validation.

Responsibilities

• Quickly become familiar with client business challenges and technology landscapes to act as trusted advisor.
• Act as a key contributor on cross-functional teams through all phases of the system delivery lifecycle.
• Lead requirements elicitation via interviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions.
• Assist technical teams with solution design including data modeling, interface definitions, integrations, and process flows.
• Analyze data to understand current-state structures and define future-state requirements.
• Bridge business and technical perspectives to ensure valuable, usable solutions.
• Evaluate current-state processes and perform gap analysis to identify options.
• Write and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for iterative delivery.
• Coordinate and support integration testing and UAT activities.
• Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
• Note: This is a 100% onsite role, five days per week at the client location.
