Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Artist with focus on environment art pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of modeling, texturing, and shader creation for game environments.
• Experience in tool development and pipeline automation through scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient art pipelines for environment asset creation.
• Create and optimize complex shaders and materials for rendering techniques.
• Build custom tools and scripts to automate tasks and improve workflow for environment artists.
• Collaborate with artists, level designers, and engineers to resolve technical challenges.
• Optimize environment assets for cross-platform performance and memory usage.
• Research and implement new tech to enhance art quality and development efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the environment art team.
• Document workflows and technical specs clearly.
