Job summary

BigRio seeks a Technical Architect to steer Salesforce, Apigee and Healthcare EHR initiatives. You will blend deep technical architecture with hands-on delivery across Azure and/or GCP, guiding the organization through a Waterfall-to-Agile transition and translating complex clinical requirements into scalable solutions.

The role requires enterprise architecture leadership, API strategy, and strong collaboration with Product, engineering and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or technical architecture roles.
• Proven Enterprise Architect or Technical/Solution Architect experience.
• Strong Salesforce architecture experience across Service, Marketing, Health and/ or Commerce Clouds.
• Hands-on Apigee experience; MuleSoft experience preferred.
• Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform expertise.
• Experience with healthcare EHR systems and clinical data workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate issues and back decisions with data for project/program decisions.
• Design scope of enterprise architecture initiatives and HL/VHLD aligned with business goals.
• Articulate options and recommend best practices using Azure and/or GCP.
• Plan technology integration across SDLC/PDLC.
• Design scalable, secure enterprise solutions including no-code/low-code where fit.
• Lead enterprise API architecture with Apigee as primary, MuleSoft as needed.
• Architect cloud-native Salesforce solutions and healthcare data integrations.
• Collaborate with PMs, stakeholders, architects and engineers.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and leadership to teams.
