Job summary

Role description

This role is best suited to a candidate with 12+ years of experience and deep technical expertise in retail and multi-family residential projects, with a strong understanding of CMAR project delivery.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership during construction, ensure design intent is maintained, support resolution of field and coordination issues, and oversee compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. This individual must be able to manage complex stakeholder interfaces and coordinate building systems across a large, multi-disciplinary project environment.

Role accountabilities

Preferred Qualifications

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
