Award-winning design firm in New York, NY is seeking a Technical Architectural Designer to translate design concepts into coordinated construction documentation for Corporate, Commercial Workplace, and Retail Banking interiors. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in Corporate/Commercial Interiors.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of NYC/IBC Building Codes and NYC Zoning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and documentation.
• Coordinate with design team and clients for technical coordination.
• Prepare full construction documentation including detailing and specifications.
• Review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings.
• Assist in project close-out documentation.
