Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 continuous professional technical experience in Corporate / Commercial Workplace / Retail Banking Interiors.
- Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Full understanding of contract documents and standards; strong drawing management.
Responsibilities
- Site survey and documentation
- General site code review (egress, fixture counts, path of travel)
- Assist with preparation of budget scope drawings and specifications
- Technical coordination with the design team
- Full construction documentation including technical detailing and specifications
- Coordination with client, landlord, and consultants
- Redline review of construction documents
- Issue and distribute documentation
- Respond to questions from bidders
- Attend weekly project meetings and respond to RFI's
- Site inspections and layout approvals
- Coordinate revisions, bulletins and addenda
- Review shop drawings and submittals
- Punchlist inspection, compilation and distribution
- Assist in project close-out documentation
