Job summary

Further is a data, cloud, and AI company focused on helping organizations turn raw data into actionable decisions. We seek a Technical Analyst to bridge developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to maximize data value through hands-on configuration in platforms like CJA and tailored dashboards.

You will translate technical back-end setups and data insights for both technical and non-technical audiences, manage Data Views and Data Connections, and collaborate with clients to define

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Proven experience defining business requirements and building dashboards/reporting to fit those requirements.
• Strong technical understanding of data structures to configure Metrics and Dimensions independently, without heavy reliance on developer support.
• Ability to manage client expectations and present complex ideas to non-technical audiences - explaining both the technical backend configuration and the process behind the dashboard metrics.
• Experience using Jira or a similar Agile project management tool.
• Nice to Have: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO); Google Cloud/Analytics (BigQuery, GA4, Looker Studio/Data Studio) or Snowflake; consulting/agency experience; legacy Adobe Analytics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the configuration space within modern tools, managing Data Views, Data Connections, metrics, and dimensions in CJA.
• Build intuitive dashboards and reporting structures that directly solve specific business requirements.
• Act as the translation layer between technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders, clearly communicating both data configuration mechanics and data-driven insights.
• Manage workflow, project tasks, and documentation using Jira.

Technical Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Analyst who can act as the glue between developers, functional analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure our partners maximize the value of their data. In this role, you will pair hands‑on data configuration in platforms like CJA with tailored reporting and dashboard creation. Crucially, you can translate both technical backend setups and data insights to technical and non‑technical audiences alike.

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of professional analytics experience, demonstrating a strong balance of both technical execution and functional analytics.
• Required: Hands‑on experience using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including Data View and Data Connection configuration.
• Proven experience defining business requirements and building dashboards/reporting to fit those requirements.
• Strong technical understanding of data structures to configure Metrics and Dimensions independently, without heavy reliance on developer support.
• Ability to manage client expectations and present complex ideas to non‑technical audiences - explaining both the technical backend configuration and the "so what" behind the resulting dashboard metrics.
• Experience using Jira or a similar Agile project management tool.
• Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

  • Previous consulting or agency experience.
  • Familiarity with legacy Adobe Analytics architecture and an understanding of how it translates into the modern AEP/CJA landscape.

What you’ll be doing:

• Establish yourself as a trusted hybrid analyst who can fluently present both technical architecture details and strategic business insights to any audience.
