Etex Building Performance in Bristol seeks a Senior Technical Advisor to respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and Teams. You will mentor junior advisors, coach colleagues, and act as a senior reference on complex technical queries within a building/architectural context.

The role requires reading architects' drawings, understanding construction details, and strong communication skills. AutoCAD experience and a fire protection qualification are desirable.

Formación

• Requires 5+ years in a building or architectural environment.
• Experience coaching or supporting junior advisors is a plus.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, with client focus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and Teams.
• Handle complex technical queries and provide accurate advice.
• Coach and support junior Technical Advisors and act as a senior reference.
• Read and interpret architects' drawings and construction details.
• Collaborate in a hybrid office setup, with some training time in the Bristol office.
