Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 6+ years of experience (CPA preferred), and familiarity with Workiva. This is a full-time, on-site position in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Research and advise on technical accounting topics, including GAAP, financial reporting, and SEC matters.
• Prepare comprehensive technical memos, analyses, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex accounting issues.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and audit readiness.
• Operate as backup support for the financial reporting team.
• Support internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives.
• Facilitate coordination with internal and external counsel, as well as external auditors.
