Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of increasing responsibilities; public accounting a plus.
• GAAP, financial reporting, and SEC matters familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Research and advise on technical accounting topics, including GAAP, financial reporting, and SEC matters.
• Prepare comprehensive technical memos, analyses, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex accounting issues.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and audit readiness.
• Operate as backup support for the financial reporting team.
• Support internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal/external counsel and external auditors.
