Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager to strengthen the financial integrity of a world leader in mobile robotics. You will drive accounting technology, processes, and documentation while advancing internal controls across the finance function.

You will collaborate with IT, business operations, legal, and cross-functional teams to refine the Company Accounting Manual and ensure compliant, timely financial reporting during a period of expansion and strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
CPA or equivalent certification.
8+ years in technical accounting, preferably in a high-growth technology or robotics environment.

Responsibilities

Support revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensation, and related complexities.
Monitor and assess new accounting pronouncements; support implementation of changes.
Maintain the Company Accounting Manual with US GAAP/IFRS alignment.
Contribute to month-end close; support quarterly consolidation and IFRS reporting to investors.
Support US GAAP and IFRS audit processes; ensure timely, accurate deliverables to auditors.
Assist with BE-15 filings for foreign direct investment.
