Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, audit, or related roles.
• CPA required.
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS; ability to research, interpret, apply, and document complex accounting matters.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and document complex technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead the research and documentation of accounting matters for new transactions and initiatives.
• Advise leadership and stakeholders on accounting implications and positions.
• Maintain accounting policies and technical documentation.
• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures.
