Job summary

You will prepare technical memos and collaborate with teams to resolve complex accounting issues, supporting audit readiness and internal controls.

The role requires a CPA or progress toward one, a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, and 6+ years of progressive experience, with strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of growing responsibilities and related experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-priority, fast-paced environment and successfully implement change.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Workiva is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research and advise on GAAP, financial reporting, and SEC matters.
• Prepare comprehensive technical memos, analyses, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex accounting issues.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and audit readiness.
• Operate as backup support for the financial reporting team.
• Support internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives.
• Facilitate coordination with internal and external counsel, as well as external auditors.
