GAAP guidance, preparing technical accounting memoranda, and assisting with financial statements and footnotes. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to communicate conclusions to management and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Master's degree in Accounting preferred.
• CPA certification required or actively pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review journal entries for GAAP adherence at corporate level.
• Research and analyze complex accounting matters under U.S. GAAP.
