Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or active CPA candidate preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Big 4 or national public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience researching accounting issues and applying technical accounting guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules, reconciliations, and support files for key balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Improve documentation and reconciliations to support transaction readiness.
• Assist with audit readiness and external stakeholder requests.
• Research, interpret, and apply U.S. GAAP to complex matters.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to improve data quality and reporting.
