Mercor seeks a Senior Finance Expert for AI training and evaluation to produce and judge complex finance deliverables, including reconciliations, 3-statement models, and pro forma analyses. You will work from primary sources, separate material from distractors, and write CFO-ready narratives.

Requirements include 5+ years in hands-on non-investment finance roles, CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, strong US GAAP/IFRS, and advanced Excel modeling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on non-investment finance role: product control / financial control, FP&A, etc.

Responsabilités

• Build and review deliverables such as PnL and mark-to-market reconciliations, vendor/AP reconciliations, integrated 3-statement models.
• Reason from primary sources and separate material from distractors.
• Write CFO-ready narratives explaining assumptions, variances and recommendations.
