Qualifications

• Familiarity with payments regulations and tech frameworks (3DS, SCA, AVS, MIT).
• Familiarity with API-based integration methods and related tools/frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: act as primary contact for technical matters with key clients.
• Customer Success: understand client needs to optimize payment solutions and adoption.
• Technical Support: provide guidance and troubleshooting to ensure minimal disruption.
• Training and Demo: conduct workshops and demonstrations to support upsell opportunities.
• Project Management: coordinate new payment solutions and migrations with cross-functional teams.
• Product Feedback: collect client feedback and relay into product roadmap.
• Market Intelligence: monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients.
