You’ll define scalable technical standards, maintain a centralized vendor enablement hub, and use data to inform integration strategy and performance improvements. You’ll also act as a strategic advisor to both internal teams and external partners, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights and identifying new opportunities where our platform can unlock greater value for clients and vendors alike.

  • Maintain a centralized vendor directory and integration resource hub to support internal teams and external partners.
  • Document integration technical standards to support scalable and repeatable onboarding processes.
  • Monitor vendor usage, performance, and adoption trends to inform strategy and improve integration outcomes.
  • Represent the vendor ecosystem function in cross-functional planning and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Policy, Legal, Commercial Teams and Support to ensure seamless vendor enablement and alignment with platform capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing integrations and migrate vendors to new product features.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a client-facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university
  • Proficient working knowledge of Office and Outlook is a must
  • Demonstrable creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
