Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a TechELINT Analyst to support a DoD Navy customer in the Washington, DC area. You will perform interpretive pulse-level and P-Cubed analysis to support 5th generation weapons systems IMD, radar and modeling efforts.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, extensive ELINT reporting experience, and collaboration with EW engineers to improve EWIR models. On-site work with competitive compensation and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• High school diploma with 12+ years of TechELINT experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS, or ASPEN software.
• Verifiable authorship of TechELINT reporting (ELT/ELS/GAR/SAR/IROD).

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms for radar systems.
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis.
• Collaborate with EW engineers to enrich EWIR models.
• Brief government customers on findings and recommendations.
