Job summary

Base-2 Solutions in Washington, DC seeks a Senior TechELINT Analyst to support IMD, radar and weapons systems studies, and EWIR modeling. You will perform pulse-level TechELINT analysis and contribute to simulatable models, delivering actionable findings to government customers.

Responsibilities include producing serialized ELINT reports, coordinating with EW engineers, and handling quick-turnaround RF information requests in a high-security, on-site environment. Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• High school diploma with 14+ years of TechELINT experience.
• Proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS or ASPEN.
• Experience authoring TechELINT reports in ELT/ELS/GAR/SAR/IROD formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Completion of SIGE-2810 or SIGE-3810 or equivalent.

Position Summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a TechELINT Analyst to support Intelligence Mission Data (IMD), in-depth radar and weapons systems studies, and modeling and simulation efforts in the Washington, DC area. This role performs pulse-level TechELINT analysis and supports the development of simulatable EWIR models.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• High school diploma and 14+ years of experience performing TechELINT analysis, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Advanced-level proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS, or ASPEN analysis software.
• Verifiable authorship of TechELINT reporting, to include ELT, ELS, GAR, SAR, and IROD formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of NCS courses SIGE-2810, SIGE-3810, or demonstration of equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of EWIRDB, WRANGLER, CED, NTIPS, and IM&S.
• Working knowledge of GALE 5 or the MIST Toolsuite.
