Job summary

Neuberger's Private Markets seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead technology transformation across the platform spanning the investment lifecycle, the client lifecycle, and the operating environments that keep the business running. This is a high-visibility role reporting into Private Markets Technology leadership, with close, regular partnership with the Office of the COO.

Location: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in office.

Qualifications

15+ years leading large-scale technology and business transformation programs.
Experience in private markets or asset management.
Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
Knowledge of program management methodologies and related tooling (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technology programs spanning data platform, operating-model, and application initiatives.
Manage program scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Establish governance structures and run cadence for status, decisions, and escalation.
Forecast resourcing needs and manage staffing across employees and contractors.
Define and enforce program management standards, tooling, and reporting.
Manage change control, benefits realization, and post-implementation reviews.
Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to Executive Steering committee audiences.
Manage project managers in their day to day work.
Build and manage program budgets and vendor SOWs/ commercials.
