Neuberger Winters Private Markets is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead technology transformation across the platform, spanning the investment lifecycle, client lifecycle, and operating environments that keep the business running.

The role requires translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, establishing governance, and orchestrating work across engineering, external vendors, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-year platform or transformation programs at enterprise scale in Private Markets/Asset Management.
• 15+ years leading large-scale technology and business transformation programs in asset management or financial services.
• Strong command of program/project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tooling (Jira, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technology programs spanning data platform, operating-model, and application initiatives.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Establish governance structures (steering committees, working groups) and run cadence for status, decisions, and escalation.
• Forecast resourcing needs and manage staffing across employees and contractors.
• Define and enforce program management standards, tooling, and reporting.
• Manage change control, benefits realization, and post-implementation reviews.
• Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to Executive Steering committee audiences.
• Manage project managers in their day to day work.
• Build and manage program budgets (capex/opex), track spend against plan, and manage vendor SOWs and commercials.
