Raymond James seeks a Senior Technology Trainer to develop and deliver education on proprietary technology and third‑party applications for advisors and branch professionals.

The role blends in-person and virtual sessions, requiring travel (65–70%) to field offices and events. A strong background in instructional design, adult learning, and content creation is essential for success in this hybrid position.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance, Education, or Computer Science is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of corporate learning and development experience is preferred.
• Experience with both in-person and virtual training.
• Experience with managing education plans.
• Experience with content creation.
• Experience with cross-collaborating with technology development teams on successful implementation and adoption strategies.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain deep knowledge of our technology platform and supported applications.
• Conduct professional, custom, interactive virtual and in-person classes on proprietary Raymond James’ Technology and 3rd party applications.
• Model and effectively use instructional technology and adult education practices in the classroom and online.
• Lead or contribute to needs analyses, education plans, and education solutions for various audiences.
• Create high‑quality, engaging materials using PowerPoint and Photoshop.
• Develop instructor and classroom materials to provide excellent learner experience.
• Update materials to reflect new releases and enhancements.
