Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Senior Technology and Systems Consultant for an onsite, task-order based engagement in Frederick, Maryland. The consultant will act as the ranking technical authority, leading technology assessments, cybersecurity reviews, cloud architecture planning, and systems integration analysis while translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Placement is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/engineering or closely related field.
Eight+ years of progressive technology consulting experience.
Three+ years supporting federal, state, or local government clients.
Experience leading cybersecurity assessments against NIST/FISMA requirements.
Hands-on experience designing, deploying, or migrating workloads in AWS or Azure.
Experience producing technical assessment reports and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

Lead technology assessments and consultations across client departments.
Conduct cybersecurity reviews and assess alignment with NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, and FISMA controls.
Design cloud architecture and migration plans for AWS and Azure environments.
Provide network design guidance for wired, wireless, and remote site connectivity.
Coordinate systems integration and ERP/Vendor interfaces and API strategy.
Document technical decisions, risks, and commitments for client delivery.
Present findings to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
