Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Technology and Systems Consultant for an onsite, task order based engagement with a large public sector client in Frederick, Maryland. The role focuses on technology assessment, systems analysis, and implementation support, with final interview in person.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent, at least four years of experience in systems analysis or enterprise IT, and hands-on cloud experience (AWS or Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of experience in systems analysis, technology consulting, or enterprise IT support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity control frameworks such as NIST 800-53 or NIST CSF.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
• Experience writing technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to report onsite in Frederick, MD as required by task order.

Responsibilities

• Perform technology and systems assessments, inventorying current systems, interfaces, and infrastructure.
• Document technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, system reviews, and workflow observation.
• Support cybersecurity reviews, control testing, evidence collection, and audit responses.
• Assist with cloud migration planning and execution in AWS or Azure.
• Support network services, including configuration review and connectivity assessment.
• Coordinate systems integration, including interface testing with vendors.
• Produce documentation covering architecture, configurations, procedures, and findings.
• Track task order progress, issues, and risks to the project manager.
• Support QA reviews of technology implementations and deliverables.
• Maintain availability for client consultation 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, Mon–Fri; respond to inquiries within one business day; urgent requests within four hours.
