Job summary

LVT is seeking a Technical Support Engineer III to own complex escalations across cellular, LAN, and Linux-based systems on deployed units in an in-office role at our American Fork, Utah facility. You will mentor Tier I/II agents, analyze logs, and drive permanent fixes with Engineering to restore uptime.

You’ll work with software and cloud infrastructure teams, author runbooks, and participate in post-incident reviews to close gaps and improve diagnostics for high-severity incidents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical support engineering, escalation, or NOC-style role supporting deployed hardware or connected devices.

Responsibilities

• Own resolution of complex escalations across cellular, LAN, and Linux-based systems on deployed units.
• Coach tier I and II agents through diagnosis and investigation.
• Diagnose failures via log analysis, command-line work, and network tracing across the full stack.
• Drive permanent fixes with software and cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Own runbooks and diagnostic documentation used daily by the team.
• Represent Support in post-incident reviews for high-severity outages.
