You will identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks, guiding process owners and stakeholders to ensure effective controls. You will lead reporting, governance, and remediation efforts, partnering with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, and Regulators to present a comprehensive risk posture and maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or related field with regulatory focus.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support risk and controls workflows.
• Familiarity with risk frameworks, standards, and financial regulations.
• Knowledge of data security, risk reporting, control governance and remediation.
• Ability to influence executives and translate risk insights into strategy.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted risk summaries and maintain auditability.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Build trusted partnerships with technologists, assessment teams, and data officers.
• Govern controls, policies, issue management, and risk reporting for senior leaders.
• Monitor control effectiveness and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance.
