Qualifications

• Regular placement of tech, vertical and business publications.
• Creative mindset with proactive ideas for integrated campaigns.
• Excellent written and oral communication with clients.
• Manage account campaigns and administration.
• Think strategically on planning and pitches.
• Stay on top of markets, tech, news and competition for insights.
• Own projects from idea to completion.
• Flexible with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Write content for pitches, awards, press releases and blogs.
• Prepare and deliver results reports with analysis.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least three years placing tech companies in trade publications; business press preferred.
• College graduate in PR/communications/journalism/marketing/English or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media relations programs for technology companies and products.
• Pitch technology, vertical and business media regularly.
• Identify compelling stories and opportunities for clients.
• Manage account campaigns daily; contribute to plans, programs, pitches.
• Collaborate with teammates, clients, and senior leaders to solve problems and deliver high-quality work.
