Job summary

MAPFRE in Webster, MA, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of Guidewire BillingCenter capabilities, including invoicing, payment plans, fee management, collections, and customer billing experiences. You will partner with engineering, operations, and vendors to drive scalable, enterprise-grade billing solutions.

You will lead product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and adoption, align roadmaps with corporate goals, and mentor junior product managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experience.
• Experience owning enterprise applications through the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean practices.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams to deliver complex technology solutions.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing Product Strategy & Delivery across the BillingCenter lifecycle.
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for BillingCenter capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to deliver scalable billing solutions.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Lead and enhance capabilities for invoicing, payment plans, fee management, collections, and billing operations.
• Drive modernization by leveraging cloud, automation, AI, and digital transformation where appropriate.
• Collaborate across Product, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Compliance, Architecture, Development, and QA teams.
• Mentor Product Managers and Technical Product Managers and foster a culture of collaboration.
