Responsibilities

• Delivers day-to-day operational support for technology platforms, infrastructure, and systems to maintain production stability.
• Administers hardware, software, databases, and end-user technology per established procedures for reliable service delivery.
• Coordinates routine operational activities with other tech teams and raises concerns when issues or dependencies are identified.
• Monitors system performance, alerts, and queues; resolves issues within scope and escalates complex problems promptly.
• Supports installation planning by managing schedules, readiness tasks, dependencies, and coordinating with vendors for deployments.
• Follows approved standards and procedures to support security, compliance, and risk management; flags gaps to seniors.
• Participates in maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting by executing runbooks and documenting outcomes to minimize disruption.
• Documents requests, workarounds, and resolutions to improve support processes.
