Job summary

Truist in Atlanta seeks an Operations professional to support day-to-day technology operations across platforms, infrastructure, systems and networks. You will deliver reliable administration and support of hardware, software, databases, and end-user technology, while escalating issues to senior teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 4+ years in technology operations or related tech support.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components including hardware, software, and networks.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements in tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for platforms, infrastructure, and systems to maintain production stability.
• Administer hardware, software, databases, and end-user technology following defined procedures.
• Coordinate with other tech teams on routine activities and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Monitor system performance, alerts, and queues and resolve issues within scope, escalating as necessary.
• Assist in installation planning, scheduling readiness tasks, and coordinating with teams/vendors for deployments.
• Follow approved standards and procedures to support security, risk management, and compliance.
• Participate in maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting, executing runbooks and documenting outcomes to minimize disruptions.
• Document requests, workarounds, and resolutions to support process improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to junior teammates on troubleshooting and procedures.
