Job summary

KeyBank in Brooklyn, Ohio, seeks a Business Tech Manager for Voice & Chat Automation / Contact Center Delivery. You will lead building platform components for a mission-critical Contact Center, guide the development team, ensure alignment with architecture, troubleshoot issues, mentor peers, and drive delivery of cloud-based services and APIs.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years of full-stack development, and ability to collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 10 years of development/full stack experience.
Ability to work with Product Owner, Scrum Master and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a medium-size team including analysts, engineers and vendors to deliver technology work.
Mentor team members and help troubleshoot issues.
Design software system architecture and implement scalable cloud services.
Collaborate with cloud teams on micro-services and APIs.
Identify bottlenecks and improve software efficiency.
Guide project management activities to plan, monitor and deliver objectives.
Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.
