Job summary

Marvik is seeking an experienced technical leader to drive enterprise AI/ML initiatives. You will lead design, development, and deployment of cutting‑edge AI/ML solutions, collaborating with business and engineering teams to prioritize projects and deliver rapid PoCs.

You will mentor engineers, own complex architectures, and push forward state‑of‑the‑art GenAI efforts while reinforcing robust, scalable systems and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Hands-on experience in applied ML, AI, and GenAI.
• Experience with LLMs.
• Familiarity with microservices and DevOps.
• Experience with monitoring production apps and Git.

Responsibilities

• Required tools:Python, Docker, SQL, Git, Cloud (AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP).

It's a Plus If You Have:

• Experience with traditional software development or MLOps.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Diffusers) or AI Agents.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
