Job summary

TikTok is seeking seasoned engineers to build high-performance, scalable systems and monetization features for a global audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new ad products and ensure quality user experiences at scale.

This role emphasizes problem solving, algorithm understanding, and backend systems with ML/DL integration. A strong foundation in Go, C/C++, and Python is required, along with a BS degree and 7+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant majors with 7+ years of work experience.
• Programming skills in Go, C/C++, Python with debugging and optimization ability.
• Experience in ML, DL, backend, large-scale systems, or data pipelines.

• Develop highly scalable services that power new ad products for billions of requests and optimize monetization efficiency.
• Implement new ad solutions that protect user experiences on TikTok.
