Job summary
Ryan Companies in Minneapolis headquarters seeks a Senior Technology System Integration Engineer to join our in-office team. You will work with Architecture, Engineering, VDC, and Preconstruction to design and implement data integration solutions.
Key focus areas include ETL, API connectivity, data transformation, automation, and process optimization, with mentoring of teammates and building scalable pipelines across cloud and on‑prem environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Systems Engineering, Data Engineering or similar.
- Experience with data integration across enterprise systems using API connectivity and ETL tooling.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills across infrastructure and application stacks.
- Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and integration patterns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations with AEC technologies including Autodesk, Deltek, Reality Capture platforms and estimating systems.
- Automate data transformation, extraction, and loading processes through APIs.
- Support data migration using managed file transfers and robotic processing (GCP, SQL, Azure, AWS).
- Define processes with stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement automated data workflows and monitor performance across enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize pipelines for reliability.
