Ryan Companies Inc. seeks a Senior Technology Integration Engineer to join our Minneapolis team.

This hybrid, in-office role focuses on building integrations with AEC technologies, automating data transformations, and ensuring reliable data flow across enterprise systems. You will mentor teammates, define scalable workflows, and collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Virtual Design Coordination, and Preconstruction to deliver robust technology solutions while meeting security and governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology systems engineering or data engineering.
• Expertise in SSIS, data transformation, API connectivity, and ETL scripting (on-prem and cloud).
• Experience linking external and internal data sources (GCP, Azure) and using managed file transfers or robotic processing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data integration pipelines.
• Automate data transformation, loading, and error handling across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Provide documentation and guidance to teammates on best practices.
