Capchase is seeking a Senior Tech Generalist to own and evolve our tech stack from user‑facing systems to backend services and data‑driven decision making. You’ll design scalable infrastructure and build internal tools that empower fast, reliable software across the company.

You’ll collaborate across frontend, backend, data, and product teams to ship impactful features, improve reliability, and extend our platform’s ability to support growth in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale end‑to‑end systems across frontend and backend for customer‑facing workflows and internal backoffice operations.
• Architect scalable, reliable and secure infrastructure, balancing speed with maintainability.
• Own core financial systems including payment orchestration, ledger infrastructure, underwriting engines, reconciliation pipelines, and real‑time deal tracking.
