Job summary

Percepta is seeking a Senior Team Leader - Technical ESP in Melbourne, FL to guide the ESP Prior Approval team and oversee day-to-day operations. You will coach agents, ensure technical accuracy, and maintain customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage staffing, and drive process improvements to meet client objectives while representing Percepta professionally across client programs.

Qualifications

• Automotive technical degree required or equivalent experience.
• ASE or Manufacturer certification preferred.
• 3+ years of automotive technical experience, especially powertrain systems.
• Experience in training others and leading teams.
• 1+ years of direct customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support to frontline team members.
• Lead ESP Inspections Team and coach agents for performance.
• Interface with onsite/offsite clients and manage workflow to meet service goals.
• Identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
