Responsibilities

• Researches, designs, develops, and delivers training solutions for complex technology products and processes.
• Partners with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning strategies and programs.
• Develops training tools and materials ensuring alignment with standards such as IPSTPI and CompTIA CTT+.
• Implements learning programs, including Train-the-Trainer, and evaluates program effectiveness.
• Mentors team members and supports continuous professional development.
