Job summary

Jolera in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with deep enterprise infrastructure experience to lead the technical direction of a dedicated managed services pod. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on engineering leader who can direct teams without HR oversight and drive architecture quality, change posture, and the technical roadmap across customer estates.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise infrastructure roles with hands‑on leadership.
Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
Experience directing technical teams without HR ownership; ITIL/ITSM fluency.

Responsibilities

Direct a dedicated technical pod of engineers and specialists.
Own end‑to‑end technical accountability for enterprise infrastructure across data centers, branch, and cloud Estates.
Lead architecture reviews, change advisory boards, and root‑cause analyses in a hands‑on capacity.
Run enterprise infrastructure refresh programs including design, vendor evaluation, migration planning, and execution oversight.
Partner with customer‑side program leadership on cadence, scorecards, and escalation paths with clear RACI at kickoff.
Serve as Jolera’s senior technical voice in executive engagements with CIOs and IT directors.
Coach on‑site Senior Architects and bench engineers to raise the technical bar.
Produce executive‑grade written communication including root‑cause analyses, design docs, scorecards, and roadmaps on a weekly cadence.
