Bounteous in the United States seeks a delivery-focused client engagement leader who owns the relationship at the delivery level and shapes leadership needs into a prioritized, well-defined scope for the delivery team.

You will sit between the CIO and our Snowflake and Power BI work as a strategic partner, directing use cases, dashboards, data remediation, and outcomes that drive real business value.

Qualifications

• Has led enterprise data warehouse engagements end to end, ideally on Snowflake with Power BI as the reporting layer
• A true requirements and use-case thinker — not just a project coordinator
• Thrives with demanding senior clients (CIO/CFO/COO level) and builds trust fast
• Not afraid to say no, and able to defend a priority call under pressure
• Sharp data quality instincts — catches UTM, integration, and pipeline issues before they become problems

Responsibilities

• Define the use cases with client stakeholders and lock the scope
• Prioritize dashboards and data remediation by business value
• Write clear, testable business requirements with owners and titles
• Own quality end-to-end and catch broken reports quickly
• Engage CIO and business stakeholders directly
• Partner with Snowflake remediation and Power BI teams on scope and standards
