Job summary

BizFlow is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Falls Church, VA. You will own the requirements-to-acceptance thread, elicit high-quality requirements, translate business needs into buildable specs, and lead UAT end-to-end with customer sign-off.

You will work with program managers and engineers in a large modernization program, helping ensure successful software implementations and timely decisions from stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years hands-on software implementation experience, from requirements through UAT and go-live.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to lead a room and move stakeholders to decisions.
• Ability to quickly grasp the big picture while deep-diving into process detail.
• Experience writing user stories, use cases, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Direct experience with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and support testing/UAT.
• Process modeling: As-Is/To-Be flows translating into functional specs.
• Backlog refinement and traceability from business goals to delivered features.
• Cross-functional stakeholder communication across business, product, QA, and operations.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Own the connective tissue between customer and delivery team: elicit and document high-quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead interviews, workshops, and elicitation sessions with stakeholders; build As-Is/To-Be processes.
• Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog with traceability.
• Guide customer stakeholders toward clear, timely decisions across business, operations, product, and QA.
• Own end-to-end UAT: define test scenarios, guide testers, validate against acceptance criteria, and sign-off.
