Job summary

• Delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives and workstreams.
• Proven ability to develop and strengthen internal relationships through collaboration and transparent communication.
• Experience documenting business processes, system interactions, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and analysis activities for complex initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, system interactions, and data flows.
• Translate objectives into epics, acceptance criteria, and business requirements for development.
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the initiative lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between business, product management, and technology teams.
• Lead assigned initiatives from discovery through implementation and post-launch support.
• Align on discovery scope, schedule, and approach with the Director of Product Management.
• Collaborate with product and technical leads to refine tickets and dependency plans.
• Support sprint planning and agile ceremonies; serve as product owner when needed.
