Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Aptitude Project Manager to provide regional direction and leadership for the Aptitude program across all project phases. You will drive strategy, financial management, and stakeholder relationships to meet contractual and financial targets, in alignment with JE Dunn's vision and values.

Lead a team, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate design and construction efforts, and develop business plans to grow Aptitude engagements while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalently experienced candidates may be considered.
• 10+ years IT/Security/Life Safety systems experience required.
• 8+ years project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides regional direction and leadership for the Aptitude program across all project lifecycle phases.
• Drives strategic direction, operational excellence, financial management and risk management to meet targets.
• Leads client development, contracts, and relationship management with stakeholders.
• Manages budgets, schedules, staffing projections, billing and collections for assigned projects.
• Develops project plans and schedules to meet scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Ensures proper project documentation management and archival upon completion.
• Mentors and motivates team members; aligns Aptitude delivery with JE Dunn strategic objectives.
• Oversees resource management, staffing levels, and growth strategy.
• Communicates risk assessments and implements solutions across projects and regions.
• Engages in business development activities to grow Aptitude contributions to the organization.
